| Gezocht: De Familie Peters uit de Stuwstraat in Den Haag. Vader heette Simon en werd altijd Siem genoemd. Er gingen 5 kinderen mee naar Melbourne, uit Nederland en die heten An, Corrie, Ton, Bennie (is overleden) en Simon.
Er bleven 2 kinderen hier Jopie en Henk. Henk had verkering met Toos van Eldik en hij heeft bij haar ouders ingewoond. Ze zijn in 1950 of 1951 geemigreerd. Email mij, a.u.b., voor het email adres van de familie in Nederland die graag met deze mensen in contact willen komen.

Do you happen to know the Peters family who migrated to Melbourne, Victoria, in 1950 or '51? The father's name was Simon, known as Siem. 5 children came along to Australia. Two remained behind.

Harrie Vallen was een 21 jarige knul, toen hij Nederland verliet en het blijkt nu dat hij in Sydney heeft gewoond. Hij zou zijn overleden aan een hartinfarct. Hij zou nu zo rond de zeventig jaar zijn geweest. Heeft U informatie? |
Hallo, As mij english is't that good I'll try it anyway. I'm better in Dutch. I reacted because I wanted to have a e-mail contact with someone from Australia. I will tell you something about myself. My parents emigrated after the war in 1952 from Holland ta Australia. (west Australia ) My sister and I were born there.When I was 14 the whole family went back to Holland. For me it was a difficult time. We still have some family back there but I have no contact with them.
I'm married and have two children, daughters. One lives in Asperen (nearby Utrecht ) , the other lives in Nijmegen. Mij hobbies are travelling, reading, gardening. I am still working but not so much anymore, getting old ha ha.
I'll end this small note now. Maybe you will reply ?? In Dutch is also okay
